These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Custom Beat and any professional client (communications agency, advertiser, brand or producer) wishing to order a custom music composition.
Every order is subject to a personalised quote based on the client brief. The quote is valid for 30 days from its date of issue. The order is considered firm and final upon receipt of the signed quote and the agreed deposit.
Prices are set excluding taxes. As Custom Beat is based in Morocco, services are invoiced without VAT for international clients, in accordance with applicable regulations.
Custom Beat undertakes to deliver a first demo within 48 business hours from receipt of the complete brief and deposit. Final master delivery times are defined in the quote according to the complexity of the project.
Each plan includes a defined number of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at the current hourly rate, communicated on quote.
The copyright on compositions created by Custom Beat is fully transferred to the client upon delivery of the final master and full payment of the invoice. The assignment covers reproduction, performance, adaptation and broadcasting rights, worldwide and for the full legal duration of the rights.
The details of the assignment are set out in the Rights Assignment Contract attached to each order.
In the event of cancellation after the work has begun, the deposit paid remains with Custom Beat as compensation for the work undertaken. In the event of cancellation before work begins, the deposit will be refunded in full.
These Terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Marrakech, Morocco.
