Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the contractual relationship between Custom Beat Studio (hereinafter "the Provider") and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to benefit from custom music creation services. Any order implies acceptance without reservation of these T&C. The Provider reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time, with the applicable T&C being those in effect on the order date.

Custom Beat Studio offers custom song creation in two packages: - Signature Package: 3-minute song, 2 revisions, 48h delivery, MP3 format - Prestige Package: 3-minute song, 3 revisions, 48h delivery, MP3 + WAV formats, 3 social media edits included Each service includes composition, writing, recording, and production of an original song based on information provided by the Client.

Orders are placed via the online form on our website. The Client must provide all necessary information for creating their custom song. The order is final only after confirmation by the Provider and receipt of full payment. A confirmation email is sent to the Client with order details and expected delivery time. The Provider reserves the right to refuse any order whose content would be contrary to applicable laws, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringing on third-party rights.

Prices are indicated in Euros (EUR) and converted to Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) at the time of payment, all taxes included. The applicable rates are those displayed on the website at the time of order. The Provider reserves the right to modify its rates at any time, without affecting already confirmed orders. Discounts may be offered periodically. These promotional offers are not cumulative unless otherwise stated.

Payment is made online by: - Credit card (Visa, Mastercard) - Bank transfer (for businesses) Payment is secured via our partner Payzone, PCI-DSS certified. No banking data is stored on our servers. Payment is due immediately upon order. Creation work begins only after payment confirmation.

All our packages are available within 48 working hours. This deadline begins after payment validation and receipt of all necessary information. The song is made available via your client area with a secure download link providing access to audio files and any bonuses (social media edits, etc.).

Each package includes a defined number of revisions: - Signature Package: 2 revisions - Prestige Package: 3 revisions A revision may concern lyrics, tempo, arrangement, or musical style, within reasonable limits. Major concept changes may incur additional fees. Revision requests must be made within 48 hours of the song being made available. The Client has 48 hours to definitively validate their song. Without Client feedback within this period, the current version is considered validated. Files remain accessible in the client area indefinitely.

After full payment, the Client becomes the owner of the created song and receives the following personal use rights: - Private listening and social media sharing - Use for private events (weddings, birthdays, etc.) - Non-commercial broadcasting Custom Beat Studio retains copyright and may use the song for promotional purposes (portfolio, social media) unless requested otherwise by the Client. For any commercial use (advertising, film, commercial streaming), a specific license must be negotiated separately.

Custom Beat Studio commits to implementing all necessary means to provide professional quality service. However, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned. The Provider cannot be held responsible for: - Delivery delays due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by the Client - Technical problems beyond its control (server failure, force majeure) - The use made by the Client of the delivered song The Client is solely responsible for the content of the information they provide and guarantees that it does not infringe on third-party rights.

In accordance with Article n° 31-08 of the Consumer Protection Code, the client has a period of 7 clear days to change their mind, without having to justify any reason or pay any penalty. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period and whose execution began after express prior agreement of the consumer and express waiver of their right of withdrawal. By placing an order, the Client expressly accepts that the service begins immediately and waives their right of withdrawal once creation work has started. In case of cancellation before work begins, a full refund will be made within 14 days.

These T&C are governed by Moroccan law for copyright aspects. In case of dispute, the Client is invited to contact our customer service first at: contact@custom-beat.com. We commit to seeking an amicable solution. Failing an amicable agreement, any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these T&C will be submitted to the competent courts of Morocco, unless otherwise provided by law.
