How does the initial brief work?
You fill in our online brief form sharing your visuals, musical references and the emotions to convey. Our team responds within 24h with a confirmation of receipt and initial questions.
What if the first demo does not suit me?
All our plans include a minimum of 2 revisions. We work iteratively until the composition fits your project perfectly. Revisions are always based on precise feedback from you.
Do the rights cover digital platforms?
Yes. Depending on the plan, rights cover TV, digital (YouTube, Meta, TikTok, programmatic) and display. The Signature plan includes a worldwide and unlimited assignment over time.
Can you work from specific musical references?
Absolutely. Mapping your references (artists, playlists, films) is an integral part of our analysis. We create in the spirit of your references without ever copying them.
Do you work with white-label agencies?
Yes, this is our primary model. We deliver your compositions without mentioning Custom Beat, allowing you to present them directly to your clients as an internal or dedicated production.
How does payment work?
50% on order, 50% on validated final delivery. For the Signature plan, a 3-instalment payment plan can be arranged. Invoiced in euros, VAT-free because we are based in Morocco.
